After hundreds of hours of careful, focused interaction with hundreds of people, I’m starting to differentiate my stuff—some things I can do many hours per week, and some things are so whole-person that I can only (happily!) do 2-3 times per day, a few days per week. This is a solid part-time thing for me, amidst other endeavors, 10-20 hours per week, that I hope to do for decades and decades, basically indefinitely.
